Drafting a teaching philosophy, as an educator, is a must! Not only because the institutions, where you plan to work, will ask you for your teaching portfolio but it is a must because the entire process of writing this document  will help you reflect on your: teaching values, beliefs ,goals, and achievements like your teaching effectiveness

END OF SEMESTER - CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK
Science faculty requires a level of encouragement and constructive feedback, especially when implementing evidence-based teaching practices. Now that the semester is coming to an end, consider giving out YOUR OWN teaching evaluation to see how this semester went.
Why? Sometimes instructional feedback can only focus on student satisfaction rather than learning. This feedback is not only important for the course itself, but it is also for my students' reflection and for me as an instructor
